1 Bedroom ocean-front condo on the 5th floor that sleeps 6. The master bedroom has 2 double beds and pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the den plus the unit has a full kitchen. Amenities at Sand Dunes include indoor/outdoor pools, kids playground and a lazy river. Also there are 3 restaurants located on site to choose from, Mangos bar/lounge, California pizza and River City cafe. Water Park not included with rental.

Stay 7 nights but only pay for 5 nights. The last TWO nights are FREE on any week of the entire year.
There is a $25 reservation fee for all reservations.
There is a three-night minimum on holidays.
50% of rental will confirm all reservations.
Linens are available for rental - $12 for each bed ($18 minimum order)
Departure Maid Service mandatory - add to your rental - $40/Sun Suite, $45/1 bedroom, $50/2 bedroom, $55/3 bedroom.
