Three Bedroom, Three Bath condo overlooks the outdoor pool and the salt marsh near Dunes Golf club.  Condo is across the street with only a short walk to the beach.  Indoor pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, picnic area - all add to the ambience of the area.

3 bedroom condo has 2 levels - 2 baths / full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in back porch.  1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bunk plus a twin and the 3rd bedroom has a double bunk plus 2 twins, plus sleeper sofa in den - sleeps 12.
 

7 - DAY SPECIAL - Stay seven nights, and get two nights FREE (you only pay for Five).

5 - DAY SPECIAL - Stay five nights and your last night is 1/2 price!

• Any week in January thru May or September thru December, stay 7 nights and the last TWO nights are FREE.
• Also, for these 8 weeks in the summer - 5/25, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17 - Stay 7 nights and last TWO nights are FREE.
• On Arcadian Dunes, Ocean Forest Plaza, Dunes Pointe - Stay 7 nights and last TWO nights are FREE on any week of the entire year.
• There is a $25 reservation fee for all reservations.
• There is a three-night minimum on holidays.
• 50% of rental will confirm all reservations.
• Linens are available for rental - $12 for each bed ($18 minimum order)
• Departure Maid Service mandatory - add to your rental - $40/Sun Suite, $45/1 bedroom, $50/2 bedroom, $55/3 bedroom.
