We have available one of North Myrtle Beach's NEWEST oceanfront condominium resorts combined with architectural beauty. Unit 1127 is a one bedroom, direct oceanfront condo that sleeps 6. King bed in master bedroom and a pull down Murphy bed in den plus a queen sleeper sofa with a full kitchen. Also has a washer/dryer unit.

The complex has one indoor pool, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis, two lazy rivers (one is indoor) and one kiddie pool. It also has a pool Bar & Grill, restaurant, lounge and fitness center. Stay 7 nights but only pay for 5 nights. The last TWO nights are FREE on any week of the entire year.
There is a $25 reservation fee for all reservations.
There is a three-night minimum on holidays.
50% of rental will confirm all reservations.
Linens are available for rental - $12 for each bed ($18 minimum order)
Departure Maid Service mandatory - add to your rental - $40/Sun Suite, $45/1 bedroom, $50/2 bedroom, $55/3 bedroom.
